You probably look as if you’re dancing. Remember that your knees need to be flexed throughout the swing. It’s important that you understand the important part of maintaining a good sequence and foundation. This needs to be synchronized in order to be a good and accurate swing.
Hip and shoulder action is where you turn the shoulder of the back swing and set up the plane of the swing and the hips restrict slightly as they prepare for the downswing. The point of action is crucial. Your right hip or leg needs to be turned a little so that you’re assuring you’re building a rubber band effect on the swing. Your shoulders can turn comfortably against the right hip.
